Who we are

Vantage is a financial audit service operated by Async Integrations d.o.o., a company registered in Zagreb, Croatia. When we say "Vantage," "we," "us," or "our," we mean Async Integrations d.o.o.

What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to deliver the audit service:

  • Contact information: name and email address, provided when you book a strategy call.
  • Business data (audit clients only): Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and Google Ads data accessed via read-only API keys you provide, plus bank statements you share voluntarily.
  • Website analytics: we may collect anonymous usage data (page views, referral source) to improve the site. No personally identifiable information is tracked.

How we use your data

  • To deliver the financial audit and produce your report.
  • To communicate with you about your audit, strategy call, or questions.
  • To improve our service based on aggregate, anonymized patterns across audits.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Data processing agreement

Before you share any business data, we sign a data processing agreement (DPA) and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). These legally bind us to process your data only for the stated purpose of delivering the audit.

Data security

  • All API access is read-only. We never modify your Shopify, Klaviyo, or ad platform data.
  • Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
  • Business data is stored on encrypted European servers.
  • All client data is permanently deleted 30 days after audit delivery, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Data retention

Contact information (name, email) is retained as long as we have a business relationship with you. Business data from the audit is deleted 30 days after delivery. You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data.
  • Request a portable copy of your data.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without notifying you by email.
