Overview

These terms govern your use of the Vantage financial audit service and website (aivantageapp.com), operated by Async Integrations d.o.o., Zagreb, Croatia. By booking a strategy call or purchasing an audit, you agree to these terms.

The service

Vantage provides a fixed-price financial audit for DTC e-commerce brands. The audit involves connecting your Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and Google Ads data to your bank statements, analyzing discrepancies, and delivering a written report with findings and recommendations.

The audit is an analytical service, not financial advice. We provide data-driven findings and recommendations, but all business decisions remain yours.

Pricing and payment

  • The audit is a one-time, fixed-price service. The price displayed at the time of booking is the price you pay.
  • Payment is due before the audit begins, after the strategy call confirms mutual fit.
  • Payments are processed via Wise in EUR, USD, or GBP.
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Croatian VAT will be charged to EU customers where required by law.

Money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of report delivery. If the audit does not surface findings worth more than what you paid, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund, email us within 30 days of receiving your report.

Your obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete access credentials (read-only API keys, bank statements) in a timely manner.
  • Ensure you have the authority to share this data with us.
  • Respond to reasonable questions during the audit process.

Delays in providing access may extend the delivery timeline. If access is not provided within 30 days of booking, we reserve the right to cancel the engagement and issue a full refund.

Our obligations

  • Deliver the audit report within 10 business days of receiving all required access.
  • Treat all your data as confidential under the terms of our NDA and DPA.
  • Use only read-only access and never modify your platform data.
  • Delete all your business data within 30 days of report delivery.

Intellectual property

The audit report delivered to you is yours to use as you see fit. Our methodology, tools, and processes remain our intellectual property. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the report without our consent.

Limitation of liability

The audit provides analytical findings, not guarantees of business outcomes. We are not liable for business decisions made based on audit findings. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the audit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zagreb, Croatia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our service evolves. Changes will be posted on this page. Terms in effect at the time of your booking apply to your engagement.
